| "I was looking last minute for a corsage for my daughter and I was searching for a nearby place in oakland CA. I searched for corsage in oakland through google.com and I called several places. Unsatisfied with my oakland findings I extended my search and called ana's flowers
I spoke to a man named roy over the phone and you can tell that he doesnt Just have great customer service skills but it is his charactor that is so great. He was very informative and I Set an appointment for 4pm
I later came by 2 hours earlier to see if my corsage would be ready soon since I happened to be in the area. That's when i met Ana And Roy. I am sorry but I cannot find the words to describe how wonderful they were. Not only were they Friendly and helpful but they also were very knowlegdable about what they sell
I picked up my corsage more than an hour earlier than I was suppose to pick it up. My wife and I agreed that the White/Ivory orchid with the gold ribbon was arranged beautifully.
You can tell that they are not in the flower business for the money. But to make people happy and for the love of flowers. They are doing what they have a passion for doing and that is flowers and happy people.
Many people these days are only about the money. If it doesn't make dollars, It doesn't make sense. It is rare and refreshing in these days to find people with great character and who are passionate and knowledgeable about what they are selling.
As long as I have a need for flowers I will continue doing business with Roy and Ana.
p.s. As I was leaving the store, Roy gave me a beautiful long stemmed rose. I asked him what was the rose for and he stated that It was for my wife who had came in earlier but left to wait in the car. I'm telling you, You cant find service like that. You know why? Because It comes from the heart and you cannot fake that." |
